How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location. You’ll get tracking where available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $70. Orders under $70 are charged shipping calculated at checkout before you pay.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to selected countries shown at checkout, including the United States, Australia and New Zealand. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we can’t ship there yet.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, just email hello@ranihandbags.com and we’ll guide you through it — please don’t send anything back before we approve it.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect — in those cases, we make it right.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return and approve it, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Are your bags real leather or vegan?

Both — and we always say which. Each product clearly states whether it’s genuine leather, vegan (PU) leather, or faux suede, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
