Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, sign in to your account and select Request Return next to your order, or contact us at hello@ranihandbags.com. After you submit a request, please reply to our confirmation email with clear photos of the item and a description of the issue so we can review it.
Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage are required before we can review your return or approve a refund. Please include these along with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
